Overview of KOKO fund’s services

Are you facing unemployment or a temporary lay-off? Our job at KOKO is to help. If you have any questions, our unemployment security experts are one phone call or chat away. Applying for earnings-related unemployment allowance is easy in our eService online service.

Telephone service

Our telephone service is open from Monday to Thursday 10–15, and on Fridays 10–13 at +358 9 4763 7600. During peak hours, a callback service is available.

eAsiointi

In KOKO’s eService, you can message and chat with our experts, apply for earnings-related unemployment allowance, submit attachment files and update your contact information. In eService, you can also see the status of your membership in the unemployment fund.

Our eService chat is open from Monday to Thursday 10–15, and on Fridays 10–13. You can find the chat in the bottom right corner while signed in eService. Chat is the best option for quick questions. If your question is more complex, call our telephone service or message us in eService.

The chat service is available in Finnish and English.

Also remember these eService features:

  • switch to electronic mail for your daily allowance decisions
  • subscribe to email reminders for your next follow-up application
  • order a payment notification via SMS

The eService is available to all KOKO members. You can sign in with your online banking credentials. Sign in to eService here

Information about earnings-related allowance on our website

On our website, you will find information about our benefits and answers to many questions. You can also try the chatbot on our website. The chatbot is able to give answers to the most common questions by topic, and is not an actual service representative (unlike in the eAsiointi chat). However, when searching for information, the chatbot is a handy assistant.
