There are delays in the payment of allowances due to a disruption at OP Bank
OP Bank’s payments are delayed, which means that some of the allowances paid by KOKO have not been transferred to customers’ accounts.

The last job alternation compensations have been paid
The job alternation system was discontinued on 1 August 2024. It was possible to take leave until the end of July 2024, and people could take the full length of their leave if they wished. KOKO paid the last job alternation compensations to its members in February 2025.

KOKO fund’s phone service is open on Thursday 17.4. from 10 till 13. Chat customer service is open from from 10 till 12. On Friday 18.4. and Monday 21.4. the services are closed.

During county and municipal elections, many people work in important roles as vote counters or election officials. If you are getting an earnings-related daily allowance, please note that the remuneration you receive for these tasks may affect your daily allowance.

The results of the latest customer satisfaction survey show that members value KOKO’s services highly. The overall score that customers gave to KOKO’s services on a scale of 1 to 6 was 5.34.
