The KOKO fund will primarily issue daily allowance decisions electronically starting on 14.7.

Starting on 14 July 2026, KOKO will begin issuing daily allowance decisions primarily through eService. You will receive decisions electronically if you have provided us with your email address or mobile phone number.

Here’s how to receive decisions electronically

Once the decision is available on eService, you will receive a notification via email or text message. You can read the decision by logging in to eService.

If you do not view the decision within seven days of receiving the notification, we will also send it to you by post.

What you should know:

If you have already chosen eService as your preferred method of receiving decisions, this change will not affect you in any way.

If you haven’t yet selected eService as your preferred method for receiving decisions, but have provided us with your email address or mobile phone number, the change will take effect automatically.

However, if you would like to continue receiving decisions by post, you can change the delivery method for decisions in the “Settings” section of eService.

If you haven’t provided us with your email address or phone number, you will continue to receive decisions by post.

If necessary, you can update your contact information in the “My Information” section of eService.

Based on a legislative amendment

Previously, sending decisions electronically required that the member had given a separate consent.  Consent was given by activating electronic decisions in eService.

Following the amendment to the act on electronic communication in the public sector, taking effect on 14 April 2026, we will automatically send decisions electronically if a member has provided us with their email address or mobile phone number.

84 percent of KOKO’s members have already activated electronic decisions.
