Due to a disruption at OP Bank, there is a delay in the payment of allowances

Some of the allowances paid by KOKO on April 25 have not been transferred to customer accounts due to a disruption in OP Bank’s payment traffic.

Some payments may not arrive until Monday, April 29. All of KOKO’s payment notifications are not up to date due to OP’s disruption.

OP’s announcement:
Some payments made by OP’s customers on April 25 have not been transmitted to other banks due to a disruption. The payments have been debited from the customers’ accounts and will be transmitted to the recipient’s bank on April 26.
