The postal strike will affect KOKO’s mail deliveries

During the postal strike starting on Monday 11/11, mail will not be sent from the KOKO fund. The strike has been planned to last for at least two weeks, but may possibly be longer.

The fund sends daily allowance decisions to applicants through mail. Though the strike will delay the mailing of decisions, this will not affect the payment of benefits. Payments will not be delayed and letters will be delivered once the strike has ended.

We recommend sending applications and attachments primarily through the KOKO fund’s eService. You can also deliver applications to the KOKO fund yourself, we are located in Pasila, Helsinki on Ratavartijankatu 2. The mailbox can be found in 2B.

The KOKO fund is keeping track of the situation and we will update this page if necessary. You can also contact us if there are any problems caused by the disturbance in postal services.
