eAsiointi online service
In KOKO’s eAsiointi online service, you can communicate and chat with our experts, apply for earnings-related unemployment allowance, send attachments and update your contact information. You can also check the status of your unemployment fund membership there.
The eService chat is open from Monday to Thursday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. and on Fridays 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Log in to eAsiointi and you will see the chat in the bottom right corner. The chat works best with quick questions. If you have a more complex question, it might be better to call our telephone service or use the eViesti message function in eAsiointi.
Don’t forget these:
- Switch from mailed daily allowance decisions to electronic decisions.
- Request an email reminder about submitting your follow-up applications.
- Get a payment notification via SMS.
You will find these options under Settings in eAsiointi.
eAsiointi is available to all KOKO members, and you can log in with your online banking credentials.
Telephone service
Our telephone service is open from Monday to Thursday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. and on Fridays 10 a.m.–1 p.m. at +358 9 4763 7600. During peak hours, a callback service is available.
