Due to the merger of the KOKO fund and the MMA Unemployment Fund, eService is not available between 28 December 2020 at 00:00 and 3 January 2021 at 24:00.
During the outage, applications, attachments or messages cannot be sent via the eService. You can submit an application for daily allowance to KOKO by post. On Monday, 4 January, you can submit an application again through eService as usual.
KOKO’s telephone service is available on weekdays during the outage at 10–13 (28 December to 31 December). However, please note that we can only provide general advice over the phone. You can also send a message to the fund by using an electronic contact form.
