Check that your tax card’s income ceiling is high enough for the rest of the year

If you receive benefits, you should make sure that the annual income ceiling on your tax card is high enough for the rest of the year. If you exceed the income ceiling, we will have to use a higher additional tax rate for withholding taxes.

You can check what your tax card’s income ceiling is and how much you have been paid in benefits in 2024 in KOKO’s eService under status information or on your most recent payment notification.

Order a revised tax card for the rest of the year as needed

If you need to, you can order a revised tax card for the rest of the year from the Tax Administration’s online service. When you select the KOKO fund as the payer of your benefit, the Tax Administration will deliver your card directly to us in two business days. Your new tax rate will be used for daily allowance payments made after the tax card has arrived.
