Some of the allowances paid by KOKO on April 25 have not been transferred to customer accounts due to a disruption in OP Bank's payment traffic.

Child increases and standard entitlement will be abolished on April 1, 2024

At the beginning of April, two legislative changes that affect the amount of earnings-related allowance will come into effect. One of the changes affects recipients of the daily allowance who have children, and the other affects recipients of the daily allowance who also receive earned income alongside the allowance.

eService will be offline 21 December 2023 – 1 January 2024 due to the merger of the ETTK fund with KOKO

KOKO’s eService will be offline from 21 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, during which KOKO will be unable to accept daily allowance applications. The eService outage is due to work being done on systems as part of the merger of the two funds.

Majority of members give KOKO full marks for its services

KOKO’s recent customer satisfaction survey shows that members highly value the services KOKO offers. The overall score given to KOKO’s services by the members (on a scale of 1 to 6) is 5.43. The majority of respondents, 57.6%, give KOKO a full 6 points.

The membership fee for KOKO is 63 € in 2024.

KOKO fund’s membership fee for 2024 is 63 euros, meaning the membership fee remains the same as in 2023.

KOKO’s services receive amazing ratings from members

Almost 80 percent of the members would recommend KOKO, and almost 60 percent give KOKO full marks for its services. The results of the customer satisfaction survey, conducted at the end of 2022, are once again the best in KOKO’s history.

ETTK Unemployment Fund to be merged with KOKO starting from 2024

The Unemployment Fund for Special Service and Clerical Employees (ETTK) will merge with KOKO on 1.1.2024. After the merger, KOKO will have approximately 270,000 members. KOKO strengthens its position as the second largest unemployment fund in Finland.
