Name of fund, location, area of operation and purpose
The fund’s name is the Unemployment fund for highly educated KOKO. Its location is the City of Helsinki. Hereafter referred to in these rules as the fund.
The fund’s area of operation is the whole country.
The fund is a mutual liability organisation whose purpose it is to organise earnings-related allowance as referred to in the Unemployment Security Act and other statutory benefits relevant to the fund’s business sector for its members in accordance with the legislation in force at the time.
The language of the fund for the purpose of the minutes is Finnish.
